here ablazi of light(tuhin) says that maga ist(its) a gang and its a family. so now you can tell us that ist and its is not same but remember that he make a small mystake here check that he wrote **its** in last. now they gonna say it will ne itsnt a gang ? no chance because if he make a spelling mystake then probably it will be >> it is not/ itsnt/its not right? but he wrote ist so it mean it will must be >> its now you tell guys what you wana say. so in behalf of tuhin(admin)s talking we can see that its a gang family is not it?

Masa user cuma tanya "Why Kicking" doang trus langsung dikick dengan alasan udah membela abusher.
Trus kayake keliatan banget kalo admin tuh(Tareq236) kaya semena-mena, dia kayake egois and menang sendiri... Wink

gak cuma tareq aja skrg yg semena-mena...

semenjak adanya invisible entry n invisible kicking buat admin.. mereka jadi semena-mena

admin jadi gak perlu khawatir adanya snapshoot n request demote dari para user...

skrg mereka dengan leluasa kick org yang mereka anggap musuhi admin...

n satu lagi, kalo dilihat kewajiban mereka hanya menuhi 3 jam per harinya...

dah jarang sekarang liat admin di room lokal n daerah...

Kejadian itulah yg akhirnya membuat staff mig33 "melek" bahwa selama ini mereka membuat sebuah sistem yg salah dgn menyerahkan hak admin controller kepada sesama admin (tareq263).
Akhirnya dgn dilepasnya jabatan sbg admin controller, hak pengawasan kinerja admin kembali pd staff, sehingga kinerja admin lebih baik (mudah2an begitu).
Admin2 yg merasa sok dekat dgn tareq, jg ga bisa semau gue lagi.
